Can Solar Lights Charge Through a Window?

A solar light may collect some energy through a sunlit window, but indoor window charging should not be treated as equivalent to outdoor direct sun. Glass, low-e coatings, tint, screens, roof overhangs and the angle of the sun can reduce or alter the solar energy reaching the panel. Do Not Confuse Visible Brightness With Charging Power
