Our warehouses are strategically located in San Francisco (U.S.) and GuangZhou (China) to provide efficient delivery service.We will ship from the nearest warehouse, unless it is out of stock.

Estimated delivery times fall within 7-10 days, depending on your location and the inventory status at the respective warehouse.

We primarily ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the European Union. However, we can also ship to other countries based on order requirements. If you are unsure about shipping availability to your location, please contact our customer service team.

Kindly ensure that you provide an accurate street address (no PO Boxes) and current contact information during checkout.

We offer free shipping for orders totaling $15 or more. Orders under $15 will incur a $2 shipping fee.

We offer a 60-day return policy, allowing you 60 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may also 1 take additional time.
