Key Features & Benefits

Sandblasted and Anodized Aluminum Housing

The main housing uses an extruded aluminum-alloy profile with a sandblasted, anodized finish. This surface treatment gives the fixture a refined texture and helps protect the housing against outdoor corrosion and oxidation.

PIR Motion-Activated Lighting

The built-in PIR motion sensor provides approximately 180° detection coverage to activate or adjust the light when movement is detected after dark. Actual detection distance and sensitivity may vary depending on mounting height, installation angle, ambient temperature, approach direction and surrounding conditions.

Four Active Lighting Modes, Plus Manual Off

  1. Dim-to-Bright Mode: The light maintains low-level illumination after dark, switches to brighter output when motion is detected, and then returns to dim illumination.
  2. Constant-On Mode: Provides steady illumination after dark without changing brightness in response to motion.
  3. Off-to-Bright Mode: The light remains off to conserve battery power, turns on at brighter output when motion is detected, and returns to off when motion is no longer detected.
  4. Manual Continuous High-Output Mode: Provides continuous illumination for temporary outdoor tasks. This mode uses battery power faster than motion-activated or dim-light modes.
  5. Manual Off: Disables the light when illumination is not required.

Press the control button to cycle through the four active lighting modes and Manual Off. Runtime will vary substantially by mode; continuous high-output operation consumes the most power.

Solar Charging and Real-World Runtime

The integrated solar panel charges the internal battery during daylight, so no household electrical connection is required. Under favorable conditions, a fuller charge typically requires approximately 6 hours of strong, direct sunlight.

Charging time and nighttime runtime are not fixed. Actual performance depends on the selected battery capacity, season, geographic location, cloud cover, temperature, solar-panel angle, shade, selected lighting mode and the number of motion activations.

IP65-Rated Outdoor Protection

The IP65-rated housing is designed to resist dust, rain, splashing water and water jets from normal outdoor exposure. It is suitable for properly installed outdoor wall applications.

  • Yes. It is designed for sun-exposed walls around garage entrances, doors, fences, paths, patios, and similar approach zones where motion-activated visibility is needed without wiring. For a wide driveway or an area with corners, use more than one fixture so the sensor and beam are not expected to cover blind spots.
  • Choose 24 LED for side doors, smaller entrances, fences, and compact patios (about 450 lumens, 1,500mAh); 48 LED for porches, garages, patios, and medium-size exterior areas (about 900 lumens, 3,000mAh); or 60 LED for wider garage entrances, driveways, workshops, barns, and larger exterior areas (about 1,100 lumens, 6,000mAh).
  • No mains wiring is required. The solar panel and rechargeable battery are integrated into the fixture, so installation is limited to securely mounting the light and selecting a mode. The mounting location must receive direct daytime sun; a convenient wall position is not suitable if an eave or tree keeps the panel shaded.
  • The PIR sensor has an approximately 180° sensing angle and a listed detection distance of about 5–10 m (16.4–32.8 ft). Actual range and sensitivity vary with mounting height, installation angle, ambient temperature, approach direction, and surrounding conditions.
  • Choose Warm White for a softer residential look around porches and patios. Choose White for crisper contrast at driveways, gates, and work-oriented entrances. Light color does not change the sensor behavior or the output tier, and it is selected as a product variant rather than switched on the installed fixture.
  • One fixture is best treated as lighting for one entrance or defined wall zone. The 60 LED model provides the highest listed output, but buildings, trees, mounting angle, and the roughly 180° sensor view can still create blind spots. Use separate fixtures for wide driveways, multiple doors, or corners that cannot be seen from one mounting point.
  • Press the control button to cycle through the four active lighting modes and Manual Off. The four active modes are Dim-to-Bright, Constant-On, Off-to-Bright, and Manual Continuous High-Output.
  • Constant-On Mode provides steady illumination after dark, but a full-night runtime is not guaranteed. Actual runtime depends on the selected battery capacity, available solar charge, season, weather, temperature, and lighting mode. Dim-to-Bright Mode maintains low-level illumination and increases brightness when motion is detected.
  • We strongly advise against installing the light under a roof, awning, or in heavy shade. The integrated solar panel needs several hours of unobstructed direct sunlight each day. A shaded location can sharply reduce battery charge, brightness, and nighttime runtime.
  • The light can still charge and operate on cloudy days, but charging is slower and nighttime runtime may be shorter. After limited sunlight or several overcast days, the battery may not support the expected runtime, especially in Constant-On or continuous high-output modes.
  • The IP65-rated housing is designed to resist dust, rain, splashing water, and low-pressure water jets during normal outdoor exposure. It is not designed for immersion, flooding, or pressure washing. Install it properly and keep the solar panel clear of snow and debris.
  • The rechargeable battery is built into the selected fixture, with capacity varying by model. The product information does not provide a user-replacement procedure, so treat it as an integrated component and do not open the weather-sealed housing unless the supplied instructions specifically authorize battery service.
