Fast Delivery
Our warehouses are strategically located in San Francisco (U.S.) and Shenzhen (China) to provide efficient delivery service. Estimated delivery times fall within 7-10 days, depending on your location and the inventory status at the respective warehouse.
We ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address. However, please note that if the item is out of stock there, we will ship it via air freight from our main warehouse in Shenzhen, China. This may result in a delivery time that is 1-2 days longer than the estimated delivery time.
In case an item is out of stock, we will promptly communicate with you to provide updates. The estimated delivery time applies to those states eligible for shipping.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure to provide an accurate street address (not a PO Box) and up-to-date contact information during checkout.
Please be aware that severe weather conditions may cause logistical delays.
Timely Logistics Notifications
After receiving your order, we will send you notification emails at key stages of the shipping process, such as when the item leaves the warehouse, when it is out for delivery, and when the delivery is completed. This ensures that you are always aware of the shipment’s status.
In the email notifying you that the item has left the warehouse, we will include a tracking link, which you can click to view the current location of your shipment.
Shipment for an Order with Multiple Items
We aim to have all your items delivered together. However, due to varying shipping options, we may occasionally send products separately. You will receive a shipment notification email once an item is dispatched.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order before the product is shipped, please contact us. Full refunds are available for canceled orders. To cancel your order after receiving the goods, refer to our return policy.
